Study on the Preparation and Self-lubricating Property of Ni-P-CaF_2 Electroless Composite Plating

Ni-P-CaF2 electroless composite plating based on 45 steel was prepared and the process was studied.The pretreatment of CaF2 particles was introduced,the surface topography,structure and porosity of Ni-P-CaF2 electroless composite plating were analyzed,and the self-lubricating property was tested at ordinary temperature.The results show that the process introduced could get amorphous structure composite plating and the compound of anionic surface active agents and non-ionic surface active agents could increase the dispersibility of the particles.The prepared Ni-P-CaF2 electroless composite plating has poor self-lubricating property at ordinary temperature.
