Relationships among Authentic Leadership,Perceived Organizational Support and Engagement of the New Generation of R&D Personnel

Through the questionnaire survey,this paper discussed the relationships among authentic leadership,perceived organizational support( POS) and engagement of the new generation of RD personnel. The results show that: authentic leadership has a positive correlation with engagement; all the dimensions of authentic leadership have a significant positive correlation with the dimensions of POS; all the dimensions of POS have a significant positive correlation with the dimensions of engagement; POS plays a mediating role between authentic leadership and engagement.
