On the basis of process mineralogy study,the separability of an anatase ore in Guizhou which is characterized by fine dissemination size,complicated associated relationship,high slime content and low grade in raw ore was explored through the following processes:discarding tailings of raw ore,discarding tailings of raw ore-gravity separation by shaking table,direct gravity separation test of raw ore by shaking table and flotation test.The test research showed that TiO2 was hard to be enriched.The study of process mineralogy also showed that it belongs to the extremely refractory ore due to its fine dissemination size and high slime content.The study offered important instructive significance for the development of separating technology for anatase ore.
